b. All refund requests must be verified by our support team with proof of purchase and description of the issue.
c. Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or opened, it cannot be refunded, except after confirmation that the delivered instrument was incorrect.
d. False or fraudulent refund claims — including claims for correctly delivered instruments — may lead to account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.
e. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
f. Refund procedures comply with Nigerian and South African consumer protection regulations.
