Academic Staff Productivity

This instrument measures academic staff productivity across three domains: research, teaching, and community service. It contains 20 items organized into subscales corresponding to those domains. Responses use a modified Likert frequency scale (e.g., Often to Never). Each item also captures the activity’s frequency and magnitude to allow quantification of productivity.

Instructions: For each activity, first choose the frequency that best describes how often you performed it and enter the number of times you performed the activity prior to the reporting period.
