The Teamwork Self-Efficacy scale is a unidimensional construct that measures an individual’s perceived capability to be effectively part of, or to lead, a team in order to achieve its intended objectives or goals. The instrument consists of 12 carefully worded items designed to elicit the respondent’s level of confidence on a scale ranging from very confident to not confident.
