Job Control Scale

The Job Control Scale measures the degree to which employees perceive they have control, discretion, freedom, and authority over how their work is performed. The instrument comprises 8 items designed to assess employees’ level of decision-making authority and control over work-related activities. Responses are measured using a modified 4-point Likert scale format ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree.
