Artificial Intelligence-Enhanced Chatbot’s Usability Scale

This instrument was designed to assess the ease of use and effectiveness of an artificial intelligence–enhanced discussion forum or learning platform. It is multidimensional and comprises 13 items, grouped into three subscales. The response options were modelled on a modified Likert format, ranging from Strongly agree to Strongly disagree.
