Bully Behaviour Scale

This instrument assesses bullying behaviors within an organization or group setting. It asks about actions either directed at you (victimization) or actions you have directed toward others (perpetration). The construct is multidimensional, comprising three factors (Perpetration, Victimization, and Fighting) and is measured with 18 items. Respondents indicate how many times each behavior occurred using the provided frequency scale.

Instructions: For each item, indicate how often it has happened to you or exhibit these actions in your institution using: 7 or more times / 5–6 times / 3–4 times / 1–2 times / Never.
