Employee Burnout and Interpersonal Disengagement Scale

The Employee Burnout and Interpersonal Disengagement Scale measures the extent to which employees experience physical, emotional, and psychological exhaustion arising from prolonged work-related stress, as well as the degree of detachment, withdrawal, or reduced interpersonal connection with colleagues, clients, supervisors, or the organisation. The instrument is subscales into 2 dimensions and comprises of 10 items scaled after Likert’s 4-point modified format.
