Organisational Health Climate

The Organisational Health Climate instrument measures employees’ perceptions and evaluations of the extent to which an organisation promotes, supports, and maintains a healthy work environment that enhances employees’ physical, psychological, and social wellbeing. The instrument is subscaled into two dimensions and comprises 7 items structured on a modified 4-point Likert scale format.
