Quality of Life Questionnaire

This instrument assesses an individual’s perceived quality of life. The construct is multidimensional, covering satisfaction, competency, social belonging, and empowerment. The scale consists of 39 items distributed across the four factors. Responses are recorded on a 3-point scale: Yes, Sometimes, and No.
